Sobriety, history, community and seasonality are the key features of our restaurant, in line with the spirit of the Certosa1515 project. Food is an occasion for pause and – thanks to the care of the place and the use of local ingredients, flavours and traditions – for discovery, sharing and culture. That’s why our goal is to use organic, healthy and green products.
